One-off multiprint on my favourite fabric, jute. Textured layers of Boardwalk, Spotcheck, Pittosporum ( Cheesewood ) and polka dots. I've printed this in the colours of the bush - a purple-grey, soft yellow-green, rust red and bone.

Overprinted screenprint on jute.* Jute is a bi-product of linen. It's not very strong and it's quite scratchy, so the best thing for this handsome piece is to hang it on the wall.

CARE* This hand-printed work has been heat-set, so it's washable. Use cool water with a mild detergent. After washing the texture of the fabric will show through. It's this worn-in, imperfect look that we like best.
