This is the 27th pot I've made as part of my 10,000 hours clay project. They reckon it takes 10,000 hours to master a skill and right now I'm at the start of that journey, numbering each pot to document the process. 
 
This textured vase is no.27. Handbuilt by me, using buff raku earthenware, decorated with white slip and a clear glaze inside.
