Shoulder Bag - Overdyed Banksia
We have been making bags like this one for over 20 years now, give or take. Made from our robust heavy duty upholstery linen and hemp, these popular bags are seemingly indestructible - they just go on and on.
People love them for their simple style and gender-neutral feel.
We put the bags through a wash just to wear them in a bit. The slightly crumpled look is intentional. Relax y'all, this bag is chill.
Each bag we make is a one-off, and in this instance this bag has been made from a left over piece of hemp printed with my perennial favoutite Banksia design, overdyed this delicious red colour. The yellow strap is made from part of a karate belt I found in an Op shop, and the little green vintage button just tops the funky look to perfection!

This bag is 27cm wide x 30cm long. The total strap length is 90cm. This bag is made to wear on the shoulder., tucked under your arm.
