Big Girls Blouse - Pink Rubber Ball
An artwork you can wear for best-practice sustainable fashion. Every Big Girls Blouse shirt I make is a labour of love, that takes many hours to create.
Sourced at an op-shop by my friend Helen, who has a particularly good eye, this shirt has been re-loved and hand-printed. Now it’s a one-off gender-neutral shirt or over-shirt (some might even say, a shacket) that would suit a stylish human.
Pink Rubber Ball is printed on a black and white checked (with tiny red dots) Marcs cotton shirt. The label says large. The model, aka Panda, is a size 14. It's roomy on her.
A nice and simple pared back print, this one.
Panda, who is a bit of a rubber ball collector (not exactly sure why) says it reminds her of her favourite pink rubber ball. Hence the name.

Specs
Stencil print on pre-loved shirt. Pre-washed and heat set ready to wear. There may be a small imperfect smudge or thumb print somewhere on this shirt. We all know by now that this is all part of the hand made process, so embrace it with pride.

It costs AUD 18 to ship by registered mail with Australia Post.
Care
For care of this garment, hand washing is my preference, but not essential. It can be washed in a machine on a gentle cycle with water no warmer than 30 degrees. Line dry in the shade.
