Ts&Cs for Rough Track Workshops

To secure your workshop booking, payment needs to be made in full via PayPal or direct deposit. Places are allocated to students in order of receipt of payment.

During all workshops, I’ll ask permission to take photographs of classes to publish on social media and my website. No worries if you don’t want to be photographed - just let me know in the workshop.

Learning new techniques and approaches is challenging, which is why I keep class numbers small, so I can give all students due attention. To make running the workshops sustainable for me, I also set a minimum number of students. If we don’t reach that minimum number within a week of the workshop, it may be cancelled.

This is what happens regarding cancellations by a student:

All bookings are transferrable. If you are unable to come to the workshop, the best thing is to give your spot to someone who can. If you have to cancel, then we will give a full refund up to 4 weeks from the workshop date.

Cancellations made within 4 weeks of a booked workshop date are non-refundable.

In all these instances communication is key: get in touch as soon as your plans change, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you with an alternative workshop date, or fill your spot with another student (in which case I’d be able to offer a refund).

Cancellations by me: I rarely cancel a workshop, but when I do it’s a case of misadventure, illness or low student numbers. If I cancel a workshop, students will be offered a full refund, or the option to book into an equivalent scheduled workshop.

All of this information is correct as I publish this page. If a need arises to update or modify details, I’ll make sure anyone with a booking is informed.

If you want to ask me anything about these conditions, please contact me.
